Fenugreek and More Milk Plus
I have a couple of questions for you ladies who have taken these to increase your BM supply...
Can you take these together?
How much more milk are you producing after taking them?
I just ordered both of these from Amazon and was curious to hear your experiences with them.

I took them both and it boosted my supply within a few days... I went from 4 oz to well over 6oz. I took them both at the same time.

Oh!! and I pumped like a crazy woman in between feedings... that helped too. By the end I was producing 5-6oz from each breast.

Oh!! and I pumped like a crazy woman in between feedings... that helped too. By the end I was producing 5-6oz from each breast.
Awesome - Thanks!! I've been pumping like a mad woman too but am only getting a total of 4-6oz (except for my morning pump where I get 8-12oz depending on the day). DS jumped from 4oz to sometimes finishing off 5-5.5oz and I'm having a tough time keeping up with him. I hope he plateaus soon!!

are you BFing or exclusively pumping? b/c I think those amounts sound great!
my MW told me to drink one O'Douls a day. I'm not sure if it works (the hops), but I enjoyed it.
Also I found out that waiting for a second letdown when pumping really boosts up your supply. When you seem to be finished, wait 2-5 minutes and you will start pumping more BM. When I did this with #2, I was getting 60 oz a day!

I am exclusively pumping. I am JUST pumping enough to feed him throughout the day. I know he will eventually need less, but I definitely cannot miss a pumping session bc then he won't have any milk! I really need a new system or something bc I'm a slave to the pump!
Oh wow, I had never heard of that! Once the milk stops coming, I stop pumping about 2 minutes later to make sure. I will DEF make sure to wait next time. Thanks so much! Wow, 60oz is awesome!!
