fenugreek and more milk plus
does anyone take both? how much do you take if you do?

I took the recommended dosage on the bottle for the More Milk Plus. I was never regular with the fenugreek but I am buying another bottle and starting it again tomorrow. I plan on taking 3 pills 4x a day. I will also start the MMP again tomorrow, but I take the liquid form (the pills have soy and DS is allergic).

I did. I took 2 pills each 3x a day. just recently stopped so we'll see what happens

i took fenugreek and it worked for me. i took 2pills 2x a day.
