If you take More Milk Plus or Fenugreek...
How long did you take it for?? How do you know when to stop?

I took Fenugreek for about 2-3 months. At the time I was BF and pumping to build up a freezer stash. Once I was pumping about 10 oz. per session, that's when I stopped taking it.

Crashing here....did you get your pediatrician's "approval" to take it? I feel like my production is dipping and I really want to get her to 6 months (at 4.5 now) so I'd like to try something soon.

Thanks! I've been taking more milk plus and fenugreek for about 6 weeks now. I get about 8-11 oz per session depending on time of day. I think I will take it for another month.
Ko- I did not get my peds approval. I didn't think I needed to.

i only took it for a few weeks, it's all i needed since it helps immediately.
i did not feel the need to ask my ped, i was doing my best to keep up my supply so i can continue breastfeeding my DD.
