I find them to be great w/ shipping if the item is coming from them (not always) and if it is in stock.

I just ordered DVDs last night and got an email today that it shipped out. When I ordered it said around Dec 10, so that is Monday so I should get it around then.

I think they are pretty on target, that's why I didn't bother with expedited shipping.
