Exercise and TTC
Hello ladies:
My gym membership is up, DH and I are house hunting so don't want to renew membership until we know if we are moving so I ordered Shaun T's "Insanity" workout last month. I was pretty depressed with the past 3 BFN so I ordered it. It's a very tough workout so I decided to postpone until next BFN which will hopefully be a BFP. Anyway is there truth to no jumping, jogging when TTC especially during implantation time? I am frustrated. This particularly workout involves lots of plyometrics, jumping kicking, sweating and in my case cursing. LOL

From what I have heard and read and even spoke with my Dr. it is good to work out. They say that if you are working out before your BFP that you can continue that during the whole pregnancy.
I am not sure about the jumping around question, but I do know that they encourage working out. Maybe you can call and ask the doctor?
