exercise
I'm not thinking of going overboard but I want to start an exercise routine - any type of exercise help or hurt the TTC process -- or no effect at all? TIA

Re: exercise
Being healthy and at a good weight can be good for TTC.
I wouldn't do anything crazy like start running 10 miles a day. I think the rule of thumb is that if the exercise affects menstruation, it could affect your fertility.
Staying healthy is a great way to prepare your body for pregnancy though!

Re: exercise
Ditto MAM -- I work out a few days a week and even continued when I was pregnant and my OB thought it was great.
Your only problem is when you go from doing nothing to starting a new exercise routine once you are pregnant. Just stck with what you normally do and you will be just fine
