EWCM
Ok, so I know this has been done a thousand times....
but I dont have any (or maybe very very little) EWCM when O'ing.
I tried to get Robitussen (the one with no letters after it) and I feel like they must not make it anymore bc I cant find it anywhere! Everyone of them has some letters after it. So I tried Mucinex, but didnt help at all.
So what are my optiions?
1) Red Raspberry Leaf Tea- Is there a brand, and where would I find it?
2) Robitussen- no luck finding it so far, any ideas?
3) Evening Primerose- what is this and where do I find it?
4) Anything else?
Also, when do I start taking these things, and when do I stop? How often do I take them? Also, is there an amount to take?

For raspberry tea leaf, I have only seen two brands.. Yogi and Organic.. something. I used them interchangbly. I also drank green tea and tons of water.
Grapefruit is also increases cm, and if you can't find robitussin (i didn't use it) look for mucinex but the main ingredient should be guafesin.. which not the cough suppresent.

I have to say that for me Evening Primerose worked wonders for me (along with Robitussin). You can find Evening Primerose at any drugstores. They are gel capsules I try to take 1000mg three times a day from the first day of your period to just before ovulation (since taking evening primerose after O can cause uterine contractions). Also, I dont take Robitussin (liquid) I hate the taste. I take the pill form of it..I buy it at the dollar store. 800mg tablet three times a day. HTH

I can speak from months of experience with tracking CM and the only things that I ever noticed a significant difference with were 1 or a combo of all of the following:
1. Grapefruit Juice (this one was a definite)
2. Mucinex (has to be the expectorant)
3. Green tea (was not as religous about this one)

Oh how much grapefruit juice did you drink? Couple times a day?
I'd say from the day AF left up until and a day or two after I O'd, I would drink at least a bottle (the individual size) every morning and sometimes even another with lunch. I work in the city so I would stop and get a Pret Natural Grapefruit Juice. I will say that I didn't find those grapefruit juice "cocktail" ones to be as effective.

Hmm, I would think the higher the dose the better it would be in thinning out the CM. Sometimes you may not notice cervical fluid on the outside but you may have CM up by the cervix which is where its most important to be. Have you considered taking Evening Primerose Oil capsules? I think for me it was a combinatino of that and the robitussin pills. From what Ive read the robitussin is suppose to thin out any CM you may already have while the Evening Primerose Oil is suppose to help produce more EWCM.
