eviction notice--first update
i sent this to DS today. i'm giving him 24 hours to respond.
Dear DS,
You are hereby given 24 hours to evict your current warm, wet home. Mommy is hot, swollen, can't wear any shoes, is tired and would like to meet you. She has been doing everything she knows to get you out, but you are being stubborn, so now you are getting a written warning. You have 24 hours to respond. Please make this eviction as painless, easy and fast as possible and try not to destroy the tunnel on your way out. Mommy has heard that it's painful to repair. I appreciate your timely response to this matter.

UPDATE: still no response from my tenant. will give second notice tomorrow. hopefully he will respond more favorably and actually TRY to vacate the premises!
