ER was today...update 9/26 with fert report...update 9/27...updat 9/30
They retrieved 21!  hoping we have a good number fert report. Aiming for a 5dt and still unsure about how many to put back! Doc said we have a good chance with 1 since everything is on our side so far...but I don't want to regret the decision 
Update 9/26: 17/21 fertilized. We are very happy with that number.  that things continue to go well!
Update 9/27: Confirmed 5dt!!! :)
Updat 9/30: 5dt today! Put back one blast!

Thank you! Im pretty sure I saw you today (heard them call your name) but I was so delirious from the anesthesia I couldn't even attempt to say hello lol. Hope things went well!

I had 20 retrieved, 11 fertilize, and did a single embryo 5dt. I now have a 3 year old daughter from that IVF cycle. Best of luck!

Thank you for sharing your story! We are leaning toward 1 right now (depending on fert report) and the positive reinforcement is so helpful!

Good luck!!! Def discuss it at length with your DH and your dr...I had 7 embryos by the time we had our 5dt and we elected to put the best one back...it did not work out for us that time for whatever reason but we do not regret that decision...for our FET we put 2 back and I am now pregnant...

Thank you for your reply! Do you know how long we have to make the final decision? ie: do we have until the last hour to decide or is it something we need to know a day or two in advance? I'd really like to know the quality before making the final final decision!

usually you make the call right before the transfer...we had discussed it with our RE originally when she did the orders but if we decided to do 2 instead of one they could have gotten a 2nd one for us...we also discussed it with the dr. who was performing the transfer that day and he also suggested to only transfer one...if you change your mind that day its not the end of the world...I was still undecided with the final # while I was laying in the gurney lol
