Epi pen solution-

i think this is a good substitute, if someone does not have insurance or they can't afford the high price of an epi-pen. i would be a little nervous to have to do this for my son (with an epi-pen you don't have to measure or even see the needle), but in an emergency, something is better than nothing. however, i would be hesistant and not feel as comfortable if that's the method to be used by anyone who watches my son (friends or family), nor would i feel comfortable that my son could do it himself.

i know they are coming out with a generic version, but it's still a lot of money. the whole situation is just sad!
