I would say MGM - for the simple reason of there shouldn't be any "adults" in Disney - great rides and a fun parade!!!

I was there a long time ago, but we skipped MGM. (I was with three girlfriends) We actually chose Universal over MGM, I know Universal's not Disney, but as movie-themed places, Universal seemed like it would be more fun. We loved it.
ETA- We loved Epcot.

I love epcot....The World is my favourite part of Disney. I liked MGM, but I think I liked epcot a little more.

I love Epcot...we were there last year and actually ended up skipping MGM to go back to Epcot for a second day...the world showcase is sooo great and the food from all the different countries...that alone is worth it...yummm

TOTALLY Epcot.
I enjoy BOTH...but Epcot is more relaxing and has some rides...but more site seeing stuff.

EPCOT cuz they sell alcohol...  It is geared more towards adults .. personally that is my pick.. Wine tasting from country to country sold me!

EPCOT! MGM is such a waste.. only ride worth anything is the Tower of Terror.. Epcot has so many awesome new rides there and food and drinks (ALCOHOLIC) from all over the world. Their show at night is also spectacular.
But if I were to rate what the best ADULT park is out of all the parks there, then hands-down Islands of Adventure.

I loved MGM and anything Disney. For adults I would have to say Epcot as well. More relaxed & an adult atmosphere.

Wow, well I will say this if you have 2 days you can do MGM in a 1/2 day! we did! and spend the rest in Epcot- Epcot is amazing!!! especially going to around the world!!! the shopping is out of control and the space area- test track- oh I wanna go!!!!
