It was right on my block. A leg landed in front of the kinko's store on the ground. the traffic and the police presence was unbelieveable.

Really? I'm one block up on 35th and didn't even hear a siren. How sad There was a pedestrian accident on the tracks at Oakdale today too
It was the Great River station..the man was my neighbor when I lived at my parents house . Our families are close and it is a very sad tragedy...

A woman jumped in my building. Her sistr was Olivia Goldsmith- the author of First Wives Club. So sad. The mom lost both her daughters within 3 years.

Oh my gosh, this is horrible. I feel so sorry for his family.
But I have to say... only 30 ppl jumped off the roof since it opened in 1931, is not a lot of people... I just thought it would be more then that.

i work for a news wire firm. my screen saver has the news. i saw someone jumped for the empire state building. i thought i was seeing things until i saw it a gain. i couldn't believe it

Very Sad......I am just glad I am not working this weekend because my funeral home is handling this
