I'm a vegetarian, FH eats meat, though he eats a LOT less of it since we've been together, and he agreed a long time ago that we could have a vegetarian household when we are married. I don't really feel the need to stick to that, although he knows I'm not going to cook meat for him, and that I have pretty strict rules about what utensils are used for what (not so strange, many kosher households do it this way).

DH is carnivore.. I'm not.
he USED to not eat meat when he was with his Ex who was a vegatraian, but then we got together and i was at that time carnivrous and he started eating meat again.
now we'll see if he will give it up again.
he doesnt eat it often though. mainly just chicken.

Hubby and I became vegetarians together (though we do eat fish...). No dairy, meat, or poultry.

I only eat white meat but if I have a choice I usually opt for vegetarian.
DH is definitely a carnivore! But since I dont cook red meat at home, he has cut down.

I am a vegetarian and DH is a carnivore. Lucky for me DH's mom is a vegetarian so he grew up loving veghead foods.

I'm going to be a nerd and say that the poll should actually be Omnivore or vegetarian. Carnivore implies that all you ever eat is meat.
My wife is a lacto-ovo vegetarian since birth and I am a meat eater.
