We have a little ball. Its nice & small & it works. Is is amazing? $400 amazing? not really. It HAS lost suction & it is not a quiet whisper like it was for the first few weeks I had it.
I wouldn't buy it again. I am disappointed.

We bought my mom the Dyson Animal and it's terrible. So not worth the hype IMO.
I prefer either the Oreck or Hoover Commercial Vac.

We have the Bissel for the pet hair. We love it!! Works great on my carpets. But I do agree I hate having to dump the crap after. I always do it outside so I dont make a mess..I may go back to the bag after this one dies.

I have this one... While I LOVE that it seems to pick up every last particle, I hate that its bulky and heavy! SO instead of lugging it up and down stairs... I use it on 1 floor and our old vac on the other floor

I have the Dyson Allergy and Asthma and have to say if you keep up with the filters and use all the tools it can be amazing. I have had mine for three years now and it has never lost suction.
