Drooling
DD is 14 months and constantly drools. She started when she was about 6 months. Is this normal? I have gotten into the habit of always keeping a bib on her so she doesnt soak through her clothes.
I forgot to ask her ped the last time we were there. I dont see any new teeth coming in so not really sure why all the drool.

Re: Drooling
I'm sure its normal for that age, but if it continues it could be a sign of low muscle tone. Is she on a bottle, pacifier or spout cup?

Re: Drooling
I would try getting her to use a straw cup instead of the spout cup. The straw helps strengthen mouth muscles. Also eating crunchy food helps too.
Just wanted to add, that some may recommend that you wean from the bottle, but I know that's hard. My son that's 2 is still on his bottle with no signs of giving it up. If you can wean great, if not I wouldn't stress about it.

Drooling
My son was a constant drooler till about 2yrs old...I bought cute bandana bibs because he needed to have something to catch all of it and not get on his shirts.
