My 11 month old has a double ear infection and is on antibiotics. Around the same time he started with a ton of drooling (more than any teething he has had) --I meant to ask the dr, I am not worried about it, I was just curious. I was just wondering how they could be related.

I dont think it's related. I think the drooling is from teething. DS is now 15 mo. and is getting his eye teeth. His shirt is always soaking wet because he wont keep a bib on

yes, no, maybe so?
AJ had so many ear infections her first year I learned NOTHING is a constant trait for hers. Sometimes the drooling was related due to the pain her ears caused her she would move her jaw to release pressure and wasn't able to know enough to swallow all the extra drewl made by an 'eating motion' she just knew it felt better.
Then again, sometimes it wasn't related. Its all relative!
