DPO question?

If you trigger, when do you consider it to be 1 DPO?

Sorry for the silly question, I am a little rusty. It's been a while.

Also, if you do back to back IUIs, when do you start counting days past IUI?

And when should a trigger shot be gone by?

Consider this scenario:

Lets say you trigger on a Monday night and have IUIs Tuesday and Wednesday. I would consider O day to be Wednesday and 1dpo to be Thursday. Days past IUI and dpo would be the same thing.

I think the trigger would be gone by 8dpo, I know it's definitely gone by 9dpo.
