DPO part 2
I have noticed a few of us have asked when DPO is after  ( including myself) . I am releying on the box which is general info and unlcear, but I am wondering WWYD-
when do YOU consider your DPO after , the next day , two days ect ????
Just wondering , I want to avoid early POAS urges

Not quiet sure either.
If I got smiley on CD12 and MMC says I O on CD 14...then I think CD 15 will be 1 dpo. I am waiting for my O cramps though....

I'm trying to go by what I did the last time I was pregnant and I believe I used 48 hours after the smiley as 1DPO. So, like I said in my post, I got my smiley on Wed., so I'm thinking of going with Fri. as 1DPO. I know I had crazy twingy cramping Wed evening, but don't want to assume I ovulated that soon after my LH surge. I'd rather be conservative and not count Thurs. as 1DPO, KWIM?

See, for you, I would have gone with CD14 as 1DPO since you had your LH surge on CD12. MMC just uses an average based on your past cycles, the OPK uses your actual body hormones, so I think it is more accurate.

This cycle I counted O as 36 hours after my initial + OPK so I got that the late afternoon of 11/17, counted O as two days later at 11/19 and 11/20 as 1DPO. When I get a in the morning usually I count the next day as O day.

i dont get but if i did i would count2 days after i got it as 1 DPO

IDK I always thought 2 days but with my cycles being crazy I have no idea. I am at either 3 or 4 dpo

I dont use my to count dpo. I also temp and use my temp as the guide. The could be a larger window and does not actually mean that you actually O.

I also count about 36 hrs after I get bc they say u O approx. 12-36 hrs after so i go with the long end...i also use my body--by that i mean since ive been on clomid i get extra special O cramps  and therefore really hav a good idea when i O'd...for example, this month I got on Saturday 11/27 but had really bad O cramps that night and sunday..by today i feel nothing..i am counting today as 1dpo
