Interesting post. I never knew this stuff.
I don't wear underwear to bed b/c I shower before bed and put my pjs right on. It took a while to get used to though. DH did get excited the first few times!
Now the bra to bed, I could not do that.

I never wear a bra to bed. . . BUT when I had my chest surgery done. I had to sleep with a front close sports bra and that was pretty comfortable.

I couldn't sleep with a bra on, I want to get that thing off the second I get home.
I feel uncomforable sleeping with no undies, but might give it a try.

well then, I'm completely backwards! I actually slept without underwear the other night and couldn't stand it!!! And as for the bra...I find that bras are very comfortable, but I couldn't imagine sleeping in one!

I always dry my undies in the dryer.

I've known this from some other show.... and for the ladies that say no bra to bed... how about a sports bra? (Just suggesting because I can't do it either, but a sports bra is more comfy than a bra bra.)

I hardly ever wear underwear to bed, especially when I wear a thong that day. I am very comfy without underwear. However, there is no way I would sleep with a bra. It's just too uncomfortable. I like to also let the girls "breathe" and hang loose.

Washing underwear in detergent will get your underwear clean.......
