Re: Dominican all inclusive with kids? need rec's
I got married at Paradisus Palma Real and there were kids there aged 4-14, including our 5 and 7 year olds. The kids loved it (and so did the adults). We definitely want to go back! My DH had never been to an all inclusive (and neither had many of our guests) and they were all impressed.

I know someone that went here last year with their kids and had a fantastic time.

Dominican all inclusive with kids? need rec's
Paradisus Palma Real came very highly recommended by a few of my friends with toddlers and young children. Just give the kids drink bottled water and no ice cubes is what one told me, the others didn't even give me that tidbit ;)

Paradisus Palma Real hands down. Also check out Melia. I believe they are sister hotels but Melia is less expensive.

I'd say above average. We were very happy with it. my DH was very skeptical but he really had no complaints. Everyone really raved about the place as a whole.
We stayed at the Reserve which is sort of a hotel within the resort and gives extra amenities/restaurants. It's a little further from the main hotel and beach but they take you back and forth in golf carts. It's quieter and that is where the kids club is located. We did not use the kids club except to get ice cream but it looked nice and the pools there have a couple small slides for the kids.
We go to Aruba every year and the kids loved it just as much.

We went to Dreams in La Romana. I had friends who went to the one in Punta Cana. We absolutely loved it. The kids beg us all the time if we can go back.

Dominican all inclusive with kids? need rec's
We loved Melia Caribe last year. We got such a good deal thru costco. Their pools were great and breakfast and dinner options were really good. Lunch was so-so as we had it at the poolside buffet. But their main buffet and the individual restaurants were fabulous! They have kids club activities starting with a few months old- it is flint stones themed. My 6 yr old had a blast-did zip lining, multiple pool trips and even a show with them. Loved loved the ppl there. We went in April and the weather was just perfect. PM me if you have any q's. I so wish we were going back!
