does your mom/MIL get you a card for mothers day?
just wondering. MIL didnt get me a card. was feeling like maybe she should have but wasnt sure. MIL did not get me a card for my first mothers day either, but *may* have gotten me a card last year.
my mom did get me a card.

My mom sent me one.... MIL didnt but she's very bad with remebering to send cards so I'm used to it
She babysat DD Sat night so DH and I could go out so that totally made up for it!

My MIL mails me a card every year for special occasions. My mom is passed but my dad doesn't even get me a card which kind of upsets me.

MIL gave me one with a gift card for dinner since she knows we go to dinner after our sonos. I wasn't expecting one do that was nice. My mom and sis got me a card too. I hinted to DH that I was going to get him a present for Father's Day and he said no, next year, so I wasn't expecting anything from him.

most family members said happy mothers day to me as a soon-to-be mom, but I didn't get a card, and I didn't expect one. Even once my child is born, I would only expect DH to get me a card, not parents/ILs.

If shes someone who doesnt always send cards than I wouldnt personalize that. My MIL is terrible with cards so I never personalize it when I dont get one for special occassions...
Im a mother to be, this is my first that Im preggos with so people wished me a happy mom to be mothers day but I didnt get cards...

My mom and sis gave me a card, but not MIL. I didn't expect one really, she didn't give one to any of her daughter in laws that have kids already, so I didn't feel "snubbed" as a mommy to be or anything.

they both did, but I have to say I was surprised. I wasnt sure if they would give me a card. MIL and SIL both got me eacha bouquet of flowers.

My mom got me a soon-to-be mom mothers day card. It was sooo nice. I didn't even know they made those! LOL. My mom is really good with cards though. She never forgets! As for my MIL, I've come to expect very little from her so no, no card. And I wouldn't expect one next yr for my first official mothers day. Just the way it is.

i always get a nice group card from my mil sil and bil on mothers day. they know how much i love my furbabies 
this year they got me a mom to be card which was so funny and cute

My MIL did, but I have a DD. The year I was pg with DD we told her on Mother's Day, so I obviously didn't get one.

This will be our first baby but yes, my parents, sister and even a family friend sent me cards. I also got a few texts and fb messages - made me feel really good. MIL did not send me a card but she's not the bubbly type so I wasn't expecting it and wasn't upset at all when I didn't receive one. I do hope to get one next year though!!

My mother in law passed but my mom didn't get me a card. I didn't expect one since I'm not a mom yet. I did receive a mom to be card that was adorable from a friend that was adorable. But I didn't expect gifts, cards or flowers this year. My mom did wish me a happy mother's day when I called her (she lives OOS).

My mom gives me a generous gift for all occasions but she didn't give me a md card or gift. I don't mind though because I only expect a card from dh and dc. Honestly won'tNt mind if dh passed on the card too! I'm not very sentimental!
