Does your listing agent...
go to showings if they are not the buyers agent.
I am pretty sure I have asked this before but I can't find my post.

Re: Does your listing agent...
No, it is not typical for the listing agent to be there, unless they are bringing their own buyer. If another agent is conducting the showing, the listing agent is usually not there.
The only exception would be if the sellers aren't home a lot (because of work or travel schedules or whatever), but they don't want to let other agents take a key. In those situations, they may provide a key but insist that the listing agent escort they key and be present for the showing.
Once, I did bring buyers to a high-end home where the sellers were home, but they also wanted the listing agent to be there to walk us through and point out all of the updates and features. Personally, I think this is usually not the best route to go for a seller. Buyers like to look at a home in peace, for one thing. But also - if the buyer and their agent need to coordinate the showing not just with the homeowner, but with the listing agent, it's going to make scheduling that much harder, and the seller may miss out on showings.
When I am the listing agent, and another agent shows my listing, I automatically send out an email requesting feedback and often call the agent who showed it to find out if the buyer liked it or if there were questions I can answer. I think that is the better way to go!

Do you then follow up with your seller? Whether or not you have feedback .

Usually, but it depends on what my seller wants. At the outset, when I take a listing, I usually ask them -- how do they want me to communicate with them and how often? Do they want phone calls, emails, etc? And do they want me to call them after every showing, or just touch base every week, or every other week, to discuss how things have been going.
If the seller wants feedback after every showing, and I can't get feedback, I would definitely let the seller know that I haven't been able to get a hold of the agent who did a showing, but that I was working on it.
If there are no showings for an extended period, I would definitely be talking to the seller about why that might be the case and recommend strategies (e.g., a price adjustment) to increase traffic.

Thanks. Appreciate the feedback! I always feel like I am being annoying. I usually waiy 5-6 days then call to find out the feedback.33

In my experience if we didn't hear anything right away then they weren't interested. Frustrating. Hang in there!

exactly
if I have a client that likes your house- you will know right away
if they didn't- I will only provide feedback if I am called directly
I show anywhere from 10-30 houses a week sometimes- I don't have time to call the listing agent- but I will answer questions if someone calls me-
I find it's the same on my listings
the one thing I learned from my first broker is- if a buyer likes a house- they will call you- you don't have to call them
