Does your DH work crazy hours?
Sitting here waiting for Dh to come home...1 more hour to go and i'm just wondering what kind of hours all of your DH's work?

Thankfully he goes to work super early, is in the office by 7am. So he is usually home about 4-5pm depending on traffic

My DH's responsibilities have changed & he's out of town more than he's home. We maybe see e/o a day & 1/2 all week.

since hes between careers right now.. hes working 2 part time jobs and is out of the house 5 days a week from 4pm-11am i really hate it!  but hes doing great and i really appreciate all the work hes doing since i cant be working right now!

YES!!! He has been getting home about 11pm lately after going in at 8am!! I HATE it!! Luckily he is home tonight to finish painting the nursery because our furniture is coming tomorrow!

yep. He's up and gone before 5am and usually isnt home until well after 6 or 7pm. On nights when he has a jump scheduled, he's gone from 5am until sometimes 2am 
...and thats when he's not training or deployed. I cant wait til this is over

there are some nights a week that DH doesnt get home until almost 2am. i told him it HAD to stop when the baby comes because i hate being home alone at night!

crazy? YES....
he's in appliance sales and his schedule NEVER changes:
Monday - 9:30 - 9:00
Tuesday - OFF
Wednesday - 9:30 - 9:00
Thursday - 9:30 - 9:00
Friday - OFF
Saturday - 9:30 - 6:00
Sunday - Noon - 5:00
he works MOST holidays - so the ONLY times we see each other is when I TAKE off of work - because he cannot. There are exactly 5 other people who work in the store.

my dh works 7 days a week in august through february he leaves the house by 9 and wont be home til 9 then in the spring he will work 6 days and have off sundays. but he is off comletely july - august first. wow m just realizing now my life will suck huh? i will be like a single mom! As long as he is bringng home the $$ i guess u gotta do what you gotta do

DH works nights and weekends - this is going to be fun with a newborn and a toddler that hates sleeping in her own bed There is a chance his schedule could change for a bit when  comes, but I can't count on that or that if it does change that it will stay for very long

DH and I work together, so our schedules are the same, get to work at 6:30am, usually home by 4:30pm.
It gets crazy in the fall b/c in addition to his career, he also coaches varsity boys bball. So after work every day he shoots over to the high school for practice...which means I'll be home alone w/ the newborn, teaching it bad habits

Yep thats Pretty much my DH his company sucks ...if he gets home at 9 thats an early night .. he goes in at 8:00 a.m. and works till whenever he can leave most of the time its after 11:00 p.m.

Yep. He works 3pm to 11:30pm. If he works overtime, he can be called in 4 hours early or stay 4 hours late. DS and I are sleeping by the time he comes home regardless. He also has a rotating schedule so, 2 weeks he's off Mon/Tues then 2 weeks he's off Sun/Mon etc.

No, his hours are great and when he is in town his schedule is very flexible.
However, he does travel all over the country so he can be gone for up to two weeks (usually just a couple days or 1 week, but sometimes it can be 2 weeks). The travel has slowed lately, but it can be 30-50% of his time.

Dh had a rotating work schedule that changes every 2 weeks, but he usually works 4days a week. He leaves at 600am and doesnt get home until 700pm

my husband is an acct so he works crazy hours in fits and starts.
he is usually home from work by 7:30 most nights...sometimes earlier and on rare occasions, later.

My Dh is up at 4:00 am to work from home, then he leaves for school at 7:00 am. If I am really lucky he is home at 5:00 pm, and we can eat dinner together. Really nothing else, because he has school work and has to be back in bed by 9:00 pm at the latest. There are some nights that he is not home until 8:00 pm or later.

He has the WORST hours!!!!
I keep telling him now that when the baby comes thngs have got to change otherwise he will only see her on weekends. He LEAVES at 5:30am and comes home @ 8-9pm EVERY NIGHT!!!!!

My DH doesn't work crazy hours but he works long days. He works 12 hour shifts but he does only work 3 -4 days per week.

my DH works and goes to law school.
Monday through Thursday he comes home 1130pm - midnight.
Only one more summer and semester left and then a normal 40 hour week for him :)
