Does anyone with an Android phone have the Starbucks app?
I can't find any information online about this but if anyone here has the Starbucks app on an Android are you having issues with it?
It stopped working a few months ago so I deleted the app thinking I'd just redownload it when I needed it again and hopefully it would be an update version without the glitches.
Well I haven't had Starbucks via the app in a while and when I went to use it last week I realized I had to redownload it
So I did.
When I went to sign in on the app it took me to the sign in screen but it was all greyed out- I couldn't type anything, fill in the boxes and I couldn't even back out of the screen I had to shut the app completed.
No matter what I do- it won't let me sign in as the in screen just freezes at sign in and that's it.
Does anyone else have this issue?
I had my DD download the app on her iPhone and I was able to sign in there fine. So it's definitely and Android issue

I have an Android and the App and am not having any issues. Have you restarted your phone and then tried to download the app?

Yes I did that several times. It is SO bizarre.
I am wondering if it's my phone itself.
I've never seen an issue like this before.

I don't have an Android, but if you message Starbucks on Facebook, they are really good about responding and can walk you through things like this! Hope this helps!

I don't have an Android, but if you message Starbucks on Facebook, they are really good about responding and can walk you through things like this! Hope this helps!
