Does anyone OWN a Rock N Play sleeper yet?

I was wondering if it was flimsy?

My husband and I live in a smallish condo and our bedroom cant fit a full sized bassinet comfortably. So..I was thinking that the Rock N Play is a good space saver for us (especially because it folds up easy and looks super portable). Well, I showed DH and he said it looks kinda flimsy. He also said it looks like the baby could roll out of it. SO, I was just wondering if anyone has one in their own...and what you think about it!

I own it. I didnt open it yet. I saw it in the store. I wouldnt say its flimsy. The only thing is, it got terrible reviews for being used instead of a bassinett. Headshaping and muscle issues etc...
I was only using mine for when we are at someones house and I can flip it open for an hr. You can buy real slim bassinetts. TBH, I barely ever used my bassinett with my first. I used the bouncer and crib.

Its not flimsy at all and the sides are very high, so there is no danger of the baby rolling out. There is also a strap to secure the baby. I used it for DD sleeping at night for the first 2 months or so. She had no issues with flat head, etc. I thought it was great. Wish I'd had it with my first two!

I own it. DD slept in it from about 2-5 months. No flat head problems and it's not flimsy at all.

She still climbs in and out of it sometimes.

We got it for our shower, it is in the nursery, has not been used yet obviously lol but does not seem flimsy.

I own it (but no to put in it quite yet) and have had it in our room for a few weeks now
its definitely not flimsy, and the baby is supposed to be strapped into it, so there's no way he can roll out of it unless you don't strap him in and he moves around a lot

i have seen the whole flat head issue brought up as well and think that's something you should discuss with your pediatrician as i would imagine the same issue could happen no matter what surface the baby is on (bassinet, crib or RNP)

I own it and without it I would be LOST. DS did not sleep in the bassinet for more then an hour or two. It's not flimsy. I still use it only at night and DS is 3 months. No head issues.

It is not flimsy at all! My dd loves it. She falls right to sleep in it between her feedings. The incline also helps with het spit up. She cannot lay flat.

Add me to the list of ladies who own one, but DS isn't here yet. It isn't flimsy at all. I can't wait to use it!

My DD has slept in it every night since we brought her home 3 weeks ago. It's great.

my DD has slept in hers for about 3 months. no issues. def not flimsy. IMO the bouncer is more flimsy. its a solid piece and at 4 months old my DD sleeps 9 hours straight each night in it. no complaints here!!
