Do you write down...
in a date book such as your CD days, what days you had AF, and your BD days to try and correlate with you do get preggers to see what day you conceived?
I am writing it all down, but all I have is
CD Day AF or NO AF Vitamins (check box - since I have mine in those little baggies all ready to grab and go so no popping different bottles) and then when we BD I will write it in...
Am I missing anything?!
TIA

Re: Do you write down...
you could also try charting your CM (cervical mucus) and CP (cervical position)

Re: Do you write down...
I don't write it in a date book, but I do keep track of that kind of info (as well as BBT) on fertilityfriend.com

I keep track of CDs, estimated O time (I'm not using OPKs just yet), BDing, AF beginning and end, and CM.

Re: Do you write down...
I write everything down ..AF, OV, and Days I BD all in my personal planner. I like to have it all down in case of any problems. Ex- 1rst month LP cycle was kind of short....2nd month my cycle was 43 days instead of the normal 28 days..
A lot of people like fertilityfriend
Goodluck!
