Do you think I'm overreacting?
Thank you everyone for the opinions. I did call EI to start the process for him. I brought it up to my pediatrician today during their visit. She did support me calling and said not to be too concerned yet but if he's not doing the things he should by the 4 month mark to be concerned. EI takes 45 days from the call so i would rather get a jump start. I just want him to have the best opportunities he can in life.

I have gone with my gut twice, wither each dd, and both times I was brushed off by the pediatrician. Moms always know best.
I know someone who's son was born deaf and had the cochlear implants. Their son actually ha usher syndrome type 1F so it's more involved than that. Let me know if you have any questions or you want her email.
