Do you take a vitamin every day?
If so, what kind?
I just started with Schiff for vegetarians. Still have to split it into a million tiny pieces.

i take an Airborne tablet everyday to keep myself from getting a cold from the kids at work..... its got a lot of vitamins in it, i guess that counts??? LOL

I used to take One A Day for women (in the orange bottle) but when I was dieting for my wedding, I switched to the weight smart kind. you know, I really think they work! they have EGCG in them and I honestly believe they help speed up my non existent metabolism.

Viactiv Flavor Glides are great if you have problems swallowing pills.
They are coated so they go down super easy- and the coating is flavored- so it tastes like berry.
I actually look forward to taking them!

i do too, but at night and never in the morning. i get very nauseous if i take one and haven't eaten a big breatkfast.
i don't think the weight smart actually works--i've never noticed a difference but i take it anyway

It's good to know that I'm not alone... my entire family and any one I tell thinks Im nuts for taking these!! But they are yummy and dont give me a stomach ache... I even have DH taking them too!!

I started taking One a Day weight loss formula last week (havent taken it in 3 days because I forgot to pack it for our Easter trip to see the family)
