Do you pee in a cup or stick?
I ordered OPTs online. You are supposed to POAS but it's just messy. I guess that is what I get for buying cheap ones online.
Sorry for the ignorance but do you pee into a disposable cup and then dip the test into the cup?

I go for the cup action... I find it's easier also when I want to do more than one OPK (reg or digital), or do more than one HPT.

I even POAS 2x this morning, one with my CBEFM and one with CBE digital OPK!

This always pee'd in a cup, it was easier for me and I could count how many secons the stick was in the urine

When I was using CBE, I had to rely on the cup since my aim was off, and I was wasting so much $$ on tests! Sorry, that was def TMI.
When I moved to CBE DIGITAL, I even felt like the stick itself was more user friendly, and didn't need the cup.
