Do you make your kids eat the crust?
When you make them a sandwich, and they complain about the crust (is there any kid that doesn't?? ) do you make them eat it or do you cut it off?

Never gave him the option and he's fine with eating the crusts.. however..if he did't like it.. I don't see why I would force him to eat them.

DD is only 2 but I don't ever cut the crust. For the most part I think she just eats the soft middle part and leaves the crust, just b/c she doesn't finish the whole thing.
If she complained about I wouldn't force her to eat. I wouldn't cut it off either. i would just tell her to eat around it.

I give DD sandwiches with both the crust on or off depending on my level of laziness and her level of insistence at having something.
Truthfully, the only eats a portion of the crust and just eats the middle.

My DD is 21 months and I take it off. I've given it to her before and she just eats the middle and leaves the crust so I just take it out now. Although when she eats the sandwich she usually takes it apart and eats it piece by piece lol

We don't force them, but we let them decide on their own if they do or don't. DD says she doesn't like the crust (even though she used to....  ), but she just eats right up to the crust and leaves it on her plate.
