1 word - NyQuil! in liquid form. it will knock you out. I swear by it. it helps clear your mind and you fall soundly asleep without a care in the world

Yes.. .this was me all last weekend. Every morning up at 6:00 am. Last Sunday I was making chicken wings for a bbq at 6:30 in the morning.

Yes, today. I woke up at 7:00 a.m. to drive to Queens to have a yard sale at our friends house... I am comlpletely exhausted.
