Do you ever sit down?
This thread is making me feel so much better!!! I have a DD who is 26 months and a DS who is 3 months. My husband is out of the house 8-7 or 12-10 5 days a week and he's doing projects the other two days. I'm a teacher, so when we go back to school he works weekends to watch the kids two days a week... then it's all on me... as soon as I get home it's all me until he gets home and then it's bedtime for DD and DS doesn't have a schedule yet so we will see.

It's hard. When I'm home with both kids and the baby is napping, I'll go lay with DD in her bed and let her play on my iPhone. I just need her to rest for a bit and not be all crazy so I can have some peace too. Meanwhile, sometimes I fall asleep and she never does! 
But it's hectic and grab moments when I can and DH and I will trade off too so one of us can get some downtime.
