I've been away for work and for bachelorette parties. I would go away for a girls weekend but not for more than a weekend and not if it cost a lot of $. I would rather take the time off and spend the $ when we can travel together.

I don't, but he has gone without me a few times. I have to work weekends, so we don't see each other for more than a few minutes anyway. He usually goes home to see his parents in Boston. He's on vacation this week and next so he left yesterday for Cape Cod. I will only be able to join him for 3 days next week, but at least it's something.

Funny you mentioned this today....my DH is going to MA today with his dad and sister for the weekend to go to a family reunion. I'm not going because I am staying home with Casey (I don't want to kennel her  ).
But other than that we NEVER go away with out each other. My mom is coming to stay over tomorrow night. I'm going to miss him
