Ro, in all honesty I understand what you are saying and I'm not going to lie. I felt like that in some occasions but it's because I was psming or just feeling down about myself.
You have to realize that the most important thing is that you need to learn to love yourself and believe how wonderful and an amazing human being you are.
It's up to you to be confident enough and when you feel like this, you won't take things so much too heart.
The best advice i can give you is don't take things personally, trust me sometimes it has nothing to do with you.
You know I think that you are a wonderful woman, with a very kind heart but you need to reassure yourself of this.
