Do you ever dream of an ex?
I had one last night I can't shake it.
I hate when that happens. No reason for him to show up in my dreams.
It was strange. He kept changing faces to be different people. Which kind of makes sense actually.
I just hate dreaming of him because than it has me thinking of him.
This happen to anyone else?

Yep all of the time! I havent seen him since 1999 to boot. It actually makes me upset because then i think of him...and like Stefanie said, some of the dreams are ....why does this happen?

Me too, I had one recently about an ex and it is so annoying. I wake up in the morning annoyed about it.

Yeah, but mine are disturbing because the ex stalked me for 3 years. I always have the same dream - out of nowhere he appears, and thinks that we are "together" again, and I'm agreeing, out of fear, but planning my escape, and trying to get back to DH.

what i want to know is:
why is it that when you dream of an ex, it's always the ex that you least want to think about, much less dream about.
i tend to dream of the one who degraded me when we were together.
