ALWAYS.
He sees nothing wrong w/ answering the phone at the most inconvenient times, too. We were at teh jeweler on Saturday, picking out our wedding bands, and he was on the phone, talking fantasy football. 
AND he paces back and forth when he's on the phone! Moron.

Nah I just ask him to go somewhere else and talk because he's a loud talker. Neither one of us really like the phone so we're not on it too much.

I had mine settled in 5 minutes- it's custom, to match my e-ring. HE is the one that couldn't make a decision! Two-toned, or white. Plat or white gold. Ooooh, titanium, but you can't size it. OK, white metal it is. Wait, plat, or white gold? milgrain edge, or plain? comfort fit, or regular? engraved/etched, or smooth?
I was gonna pay the jeweler just to make a decision FOR him!!!

omg, I forgot the best part.
About 5 hours after we got home from the city, he called me to ask which band we ended up ordering. I swear, if I could put my hand through the phone...

He knows I will FREAK OUT if he answers the phone during dinner (I let the machine get it) but if he's on the phone with family or friends I won't ask him to get off.

No, mine is very rarely on the phone. When he is though, I usually have to ask him to go into the other room. He just sits there and yada yada's while I'm watching TV and has the nerve, to ask me to turn the TV down!!

I absolutely do ask him. Why should I sit and let dinner get cold? And I'm sorry, but i'm not eating alone. No way. He doesn't mind, thoguh. Usually he doesn't want to be on the phone.
