Do you drink your water?

I definitely know weekdays I'm drinking enough. But the weekends are always so busy with a million things to do, I think I slack.

Anyone else with me?

Same here. I always have a bottle of water at my desk during the week. On weekends I hardly drink during the day but do ok at night.

i actually bought a 32 oz tupperware bottle with a built-in straw b/c i knew i wouldn't drink enough water if i didn't - and i take it everywhere with me, even when i'm shopping. (i have found that event his early, i cramp a lot if i don't drink a lot of water and it makes me nervous.)

i'm starting to get bored with water - and there aren't many alternatives that aren't filled with sugar! (i won't drink anything with artificial sweeteners, too scary! )

right now in my pregnancy i am so sensitive to foods/drinks etc so i really struggle with drinking water. Last time i was at the doctor they told me i was dehydrated and needed to drink more fluids. But I can gag just thinking about water. So I try to drink other things but its tough

I'm starting to drink more, but in the beginning it was so hard. DH bought me Propel (Berry flavored) by Gatorade and I mix it half w/ water. It tastes much better.
I also put lemon in the water too and that seemed to help.

I know I don't drink as much water as I should...I have 2 bottles on my desk right now. Both are full. I have a ways to go!!

I eliminated every other beverage (except my morning coffee) and just drink water. This way I am not getting too much sugar and I will get in all the water I need.

well being as I was just in the hospital this past weekend for being dehydrated at 31 weeks and going into early contractions because of it ... my suggestion is Drink Drink Drink
yesterday I went out and bought a Brita Water Filter which holds 10 8 oz glasses.. so my deal with myself is fill it up the night before and refrigerate, then make sure its empty by the following night, def not an easy task but at this point I figure I have about 8 weeks to go I can do this
Plus I got plastic cups, straws, and lemons and I take a cup fill with ice, water, and lemon juice and with the straw its sooo much easier it actually goes down.. bummer is i'm now in the bathroom every half hour but at least the baby will be safer
If you at work, put some lemon juice or orange peels in a bottle of water and use the sports bottle, that helps me as well

I drink a bottle of water at the office (between lunch and just the day)
Half bottle on the way home,etc

Drink my tea for dinner (about 8oz)

Drink a full bottle with my prenatal vits

Drink another half bottle while watching TV, etc before I got to bed.

God please tell me that’s ENOUGH

Yep, I'm solid on the weekdays. The weekends kill me. I need to start strapping a liter bottle to myself so I remember to drink.

I'm def the same way!! I really only drink water if I'm at work!

Definitely not! I try but I'm not that thirsty and I feel so bloated if I drink too much. I usually have a drink with each meal and maybe one in between lunch and dinner and another dinner. Probalby not enough.

I hardly drink water during the weekdays... I do my best at night and weekends. Yet I'm still constantly looking for places to pee throughout the day with little water in me! I could not imagine driving around and drinking anything.

If the doctor ever tells me I need to drink a gallon a day - I'll have him just write up my doctor's note for me to go out on Disability early... there's no way in my job to drink like that and not get sick from holding a full bladder. Baby's been doing fine so I'm not worrying. Must be all those salty meals I do have some milk in my cereal in the morning and OJ when I can tolerate it... sometimes it gives me heartburn.

Anyone else in field sales have this problem?

I dont drink enough during the day. I tend to have more after dinner and at bedtime and then I am running to the bathroom all night. I know I should drink the bulk of my water during the day.

I do pretty well during the week, but not good at all on the weekends. I was much better with DD. I need to get on top of this, but I am just finding water so unappealing.

I am just not a big water drinker in general. If I do drink water, it has to be slightly cooler than room temperature or I wont touch it. This is probably the reason why I keep getting dizzy spells. I'm probably dehydrating myself.

I drink 1 sports bottle before lunch, then another 1-2 at lunch, then another after lunch. I usually leave work and I have at least drank 3 full sports bottles, sometimes 4.
I then drink a half with my vitamin

Is ometimes drink water with dinner, and I sometimes have gatorade

Right now I just drink water, gatorade and decaf tea. I have some cherry 7 up that I keep in the house when I want something sweet, but I try not to drink to much of it

Im so bad about this! I literally have to force myself to drink water more throughout the day--its terrible. I know how important it is too--I was like this before pregnancy also but Im training myself--and honestly I find that I do get very thirsty at night
