do you dress your dh or does he do well for himself?

My dh has been much better! but i know there have been times when i cringe and say " really? those shoes with that outfit? or " that shirt?"

oh i love him!!!

hes very good on his own

but sometimes he likes me to pick a suit tie shirt combo for him for a special event

I buy all his clothing so he cant pull anything out that would scare me.

sometimes I will make a suggestion if its for a big event like "you looks so hot in that blue shirt, why don't you wear that?" but otherwise he dresses himself like a big boy.

Mine will dress himself but will ask me 50 times "How does this look?"

I think I made a big mistake when we first got married...picked out his outfits when we went somewhere...like dinner, or a party or whatever....cause I couldn't stand the crap he was picking. Now he is WAY to used to it!

Everyday, for work, to just chill..he does that all on his own and is fine with it. Summer is just cargo shorts and t-shirts...so he can't really mess that up.

But when we go somewhere somewhat nice...forget it..it's like pulling teeth. All I hear is, "What should I wear", which basically means, pick my s*** out.

My DH does well for himself. I do buy a lot of his clothes though but when he picks his own stuff out it is usually nice. I just wish I could buy him new dress shoes. I hate the ones he has now.

I buy his clothes, so he picks them out. Every now and then it needs to be corrected when he tries to go to a nice restaurant with his dirty white sneakers on. Imagine a nice button down and nice pants and then these dirty white sneakers. He always tries to get away with that .

When we were dating, I made him a list of all the shirts that went with different pants & jackets

Needless to say, every night he askes me if "this shirt goes with these pants" & he still can't get the concept of brown or black shoes & belts I can give him credit though, he is getting better!!!!

DH dessed himself just fine for many years before he met me, and does just fine now

he's fine with dress down/everyday clothes but when it comes to dressier clothes or suits he tends to need some help, lol.

My DH dresses himself, but will ask my opinion. If we are going out, he'll always ask what he should wear, basically asking how dressy it will be. He picks his own clothes though....

My husband does really well on his own but there have been a couple of times where I'm like, "You can't wear that!" Sometimes he even takes longer to get ready than I do and he changes his outfits a couple of times before heading out.

my DH is developing a great sense of his own style. it's casual and a little preppy - he tends to stick with polos, khaki shorts or jeans, and sneakers. he always buys the greatest shoes - he is a huge fan of kenneth cole casual shoes and sneakers.

there are days when i have to remind him what colors go together but he always asks my advice and i rarely have to make any "adjustments"

He does fine all by himself.

He'll ask how he looks, but it's all his choices.

My only contribution to him getting dressed is ironing his clothes.

I always pick out his clothes when we have somewhere to go. Sometimes it's annoying b/c I'm trying to get ready myself and then he asks me to "get his clothes ready"

He usually does fine on his own but I often pick him up a shirt and tie when we're going somewhere.

DH does fine on his own - I do buy most of his stuff, but I know what he likes and what his style is - He won't wear something he doesn't like just b/c I put it in his closet -

When DH gets "dressed", he does a fabulous job all on his own. He's very aware from cuts to fabrics and has taught me a thing or two. He has all his button downs (dress & casual) custom made, along with some of his suits and coats. The rest of his pants & jackets are tailored to him. As for ties, it's Brioni, Hermes, Ferragamo, Canali and Zegna. And he's picky as all hell about his cufflinks.

When he's casual, he's pretty basic: jeans with a t-shirt or polo tucked in and a belt.
