your e-ring and wedding band??
i only take mine off to shower and i drop it in the jewerly cleaner.
My DH also taked it off when he showers and thats it. We're naked without it. HA

DH takes his off as soon as he gets home but feels weird if he walks out the front door without it.
I used to take mine off to sleep or when I was cleaning, but they haven't fit me since I was pregnant with Sarah.

I can't sleep with my ring - in the first month I had it, I managed to scratch an eye and my cheek. I sleep with my hands in fists, so my fingers swell a lot and make the ring uncomfortable. I put it back on after showering and drying my hair.

DH never takes his off. I take mine off everynight and put them in a special jewelry box.
So far I've never forgotten to put them back on!!

I am in the habit of taking my rings off when I come home and change out of my work clothes-- or, really just sometime before I go to bed.. I put them on again after I am dressed.

DH never ever takes his off, I take mine off at night, but it goes right back on in the morning after my shower. I can't sleep with them anymore, I did for the first year I was engaged, but got tired of waking up with marks from my ring on my face from the way I sleep!

I take my e-ring off to shower or else it gets stuck in my hair  I keep my wedding ring on though. I take them both off to do major cleaning. DH hardly ever takes his off.

I take them off when I get ready for bed and put them back on when I get dressed in the AM. I scratch DH a lot when we sleep so I started removing them.
DH takes it off to shower or cook.

I used to only take them off when I went into the shower, but now that I am pregnant, I have to take them off at night

but then in the summer, it fits snuggly 
I have to put them back on before i go to bed though, or else i have Bad dreams (weird, i know )
DH takes his off when he takes a shower, and sometimes when he cooks

Hubby's doesnt fit anymore since he had wrist surgery. He does wear it on a silver chain around his neck which he never takes off  
I take my rings off when I get home from work because I do my cleaning, washing dishes, etc... and I dont like to have my rings on when I am working around the house. I hate the way rings feel when my hands are wet or water gets underneath them.

I used to think that you kept them on forever. I wanted to say on my 50th anniversary that I never took them off. But we do. I switch between my plain band and my diamond bandwith engagement ring. DH doesn't sleep with his on, and sometimes I need to give my fingers a rest. Sounds weird, but the skin by my ring finger gets really dry and sometimes my finger gets achy from the ring. I think it's the metal.
