Do you tip the flower delivery person?
I just got a call from 1800flowers that they are on their way with flowers for me...Do I tip the delivery guy?  I never have before, but I now wonder if it was a big faux pas not to tip him!

Nope i've never done it. And i have this whole problem with tipping people (it seems we tip everyone these days), so i don't plan on doing it either.  It's their job. I don't get tipped for doing my job.

I think they probably called you to tell you that you were getting flowers so you could have a tip ready. I've never heard of them calling prior to coming. I personally wouldn't tip for flowers that someone sent.

I haven't ever tipped the flower guy, but usually I don't get the option since someone else accepts it for me (i.e. at work)
