do anyone's nightstands NOT have storage?
the ones i want for our new house are pretty much end tables that i was going to use as nightstands..so i can put stuff on them but not in them, kwim?
does anyone have anything like this?
i have drawers now (4 of them), but everything in there should really go somewhere else once i have a full house..
ie..1 is office supplies, 1 is decorations/candles, 1 is chargers, and 1 is just misc. (its basically empty)
what do you keep in a nightstand anyways?

I have some odds and ends in there- glasses, a magazine, etc. I don't even know half the stuff in there. I honestly could easily live without the drawers if need be.

We have drum tables and there is no drawer obviously. I don't miss them either because we don't read books in bed. We just keep candles on the table and our cellphones go there at night. Nothing else. I hate clutter.

I do have storage , but to asnwer your 2nd question, I have the kind with 1 drawer & 1 cabinet. The drawer has my glasses, contact lenses, and a little dish for rings & that day's earings. The cabniet is wear I keep travel toiuletries and travel cases, and hair things I don't use often, like curlers. I don't have a lot of bathroom storage.

I need a nightstand with storage.
I keep my hand lotion, chapstick, nail supplies, socks, and tights in there.
I could do without the drawers for socks and tights - but I need a drawer for my crap - I have different hand lotions depending on my skin, different chapsticks, some nail supplies, a travel kit with small scissors to cut tags, eyeglass storage, etc.

On my nightstands I have a lamp, tissue box and sometimes a book...
That fills it up, so in the nightstand drawer I keep the following which is handy:
- scissor for tags
- some toiletries
- book
- jewelries
- extra accessories (buttons, pins, etc.) from new clothes
You'll find you can fill it up pretty quickly with knick knacks.

I don't see a need for nightstands with storage because I have a lot of storage in my master bdrm as it is.
Walk in closet with shelving and a 6 drawer dresser and we are in the process of getting 2 built in dressers with window seat done as well.
My old night stand had 3 drawers and was filled with crap! Sooo we got these. 1 small drawer, just enough for essentials. Hand cream, lip balm and tums lol

Also the nightstands you are talking about - they have no drawers at all... doesn't mean you can't put a decorative box on it to hold a few things you want to keep by your bed.

Same here! I can't live without those drawers that's where I've always kept my undergarments ever since I lived at home!
