Either turkey meatballs if DH can wait long enough till I get home. Otherwise, its possible he may start to cook the defrosted chop meat in the fridge---maybe tacos of some sort?.

Not sure, i'm going to stop at the food store on the way home. I think maybe i'll make a lasagna. DH has soccer tonight so he'll be starving when he gets home!!! I figure I should cook a nice meal once a week for him.
