Did you have any issues when your DC had bananas for the first time

I gave Jack bananas for the first time yesterday.

He napped for twenty minutes ALL DAY LONG - and was sooooo fussy and cranky. At night - he was up every hour (even after I pulled him into bed with me) and would wake up screaming.

I tried a little spoonful again today - and again - total crankpot. He did nap for about an hour and a half in total today. Tonight - he has been fighting me since 8:00.

He's farting a ton.

Is it just his teeth - bc they are def. coming in?? Or could it have something to do with the bananas?

Please help - I am close to my breaking point.

Oh - and I'm def. NOT giving him bananas tomorrow - just in case!

Josh never spit up, ever...until I was on my 3 days of giving him bananas, constant spitting up.

Now, he tolerates them better, I use them when cooking as an egg/sugar replacer.

Oh yes - and that's another thing I forgot to mention - he spit up ALL DAY yesterday!

I stayed away from them till he was about 8 months old.
