Did you get your DH a Father's Day gift?
I bought DH a few summer shirts last week. Not sure if it was really a Father's Day gift though. The boys made gifts for DH at preschool. They were really cute.
DH didn't really get me a Mother's Day gift either. We did go out for a nice brunch.

The plan was to get him tix to a game with a friend, but DH is so busy with work he's not able to take a day off. I let him know and we agreed that we will go to a local game like minor league in the area and take the boys. More like a family gift.
The boys made cute things for him and we went to my inlaws to grill.

Did you get your DH a Father's Day gift?
I got him clothes for work. I helped the kids make cards and we also gave him store bought cards too. We had a family bbq and pool party yesterday.

I got him a pair of Tommy Bahama shorts he wanted and the kids made him gifts at daycare. DS also decorated the cards and signed his name (for the first time without me having to ask him to and being met with opposition).

I got him a baseball with DS pictures on it for his man cave. He collects sports memoribilia so I figured it would be cute. My parents, sister and sisters fiance gave him money for a fishing trip he wants to go on when we are away

We are taking a cruise without the kids in August, so our gifts this year for Mother's/Father's Day was just $$ towards the extras - spa pass, casino credits, etc.

Yes we did. My hubby rocks and is an amazing dad. Got him a new hat, a game of thrones map and frame and a new travel mug.

He bought himself a golf lesson, a new driver, and a push cart for his clubs. The girls made him cards and I gave him a scratch off.
I got flowers (at a discount since his friends DW works at the florist) for mother's day.
He's so thoughtful

My DH is sooo not into gifts.
He doesn't even like birthday gifts.
He is the type that if he wants something- he goes out and buys it.
He hates me wasting money on him- as he puts it.
So no- just a nice card.
And DD made him something in school - which he said was the best gift he's ever gotten anyway.

I didn't "get him" a gift since I'm a SAHM with no real income. but we decided he can buy a new grill and he was shocked bc he didn't think i would let him spend that much on a grill (it's only $300). I picked it out and was going to just buy it for him but then i ended up asking his input and he LOVED IT...we are picking it up tomorrow and he is so super pumped.
we generally don't do big gifts.
he got me a bad of coffee grounds and a card for mothers day lol

Yes, I always like to get him gifts for Father's Day. I got him a new gas powered weed whacker, a T-shirt, gift card, and liquor and wine. The "kiddies" got him a bunch of things too. I like to make a big deal out of Father's Day, I enjoy surprising DH and making him feel special.

I made him a collage of photos of him and DS with a poem and framed it, he loved it. We are closing on our house in a month so we have a lot of expenses so I kept it light this year lol

My gift (his 4th child  ) won't arrive until December, so he got to put together our kids' other swingset in the meantime. (with my help of course)
"My kids" got me a new MacBook Pro for Mother's Day. I can't get my DH anything along those lines because he's very specific and tends to buy what he wants, when he wants.

yes, I got dh a new box for our surround sound... it hasn't worked in over a year, he loves that thing and I found it on ebay. and a card. dd got him a book & chocolates and a card. it was his 1st father's day.
