Did/does your 2 year old want a snack in the middle of the night
John has been waking up on and off in the middle of the night and I usually give him a bottle of milk but, I think he wants more.

My mom says that I used to wake up around that age and she knew it was because I was hungry. She would give me a little cottage cheese and then I went right back to sleep.

No, not since my DD was about 6-7 weeks old when she slept through the night. She never had a bottle or anything else. I figured if she could sleep all those hours once without food, drink, then she could do it again & that's what happened.
