put them on prenatals or do you take a over the counter prenatal? I am going next week and was wondering....

gave me several samples to try b/c I have a sensitive stomach. I called back for an Rx when I picked one. I was taken off it anyway until we can control my nausea better. So much for trying to find the perfect one. Now I just take a B6 and folic acid Rx.

i got a prescription for citracal & dha(omega supplement) they come in splinter packs and a 30 day supply cost me $11.18 so i dont think i can beat that in the store.

Mine told me to take any vitamin with at least 400 mg of folic acid at our pre-TTC meeting. After I went back b/c DH & I were having issues he gave me prenatals.
