I had awful cramps from the time I O'ed until AF showed up when I went off the pill. The only cycle I DIDN'T have cramps was when I was PG with my DS

I was hit or miss. One cycle would be bad and then the next would be fine. Then there are months that I don't have a single cramp at all...go figure?!

Mine weren't excruciating, but def worse than cramps while on the pill and prior to the pill. It got better after a cycle or two.
