Really BAD cramps after Internal?

Really BAD cramps after Internal?
I just had my internal a couple hours ago, and the crampiness I have had all weekend now is sooo bad!
They feel like really really bad AF cramps, the kind you would take meds or go grab that heating pad for.
Is this normal?

I was crampy after my internals, too. If you lay down it will get better.

- If your cramps get really bad call your doctor. Your so close to your due date - It could be labor.

This is what I was thinking!! I started timing the contractions that are coming in between these horrible cramps. The contractions are strong-they hurt
