Did anyone get pregnant their first cycle off BCP?
I know it's definitely possible, but is there any reason most doctors recommend waiting 2-3 cycles (besides being able to correctly estimate delivery date)?

The due date and regulating your cycles is the main reason
No i didnt get pg first off BCP. More like many months later..........

i got one period off BCP and the second.. i was preggo!  i was super regular coming off the pill!

I believe it's possible, otherwise they wouldn't make such a big deal about the effectiveness of the pill if you missed a couple of days.
I think that is the average it takes for a woman to start ovulating on a regular cycle again.
It took me the second month after going off the pill to get pregnant.

I did twice...I actually stopped taking the pill midcycle (day 12 both times) and got pregnant the same cycle (never got a period either time). My doctor claims that my bcp "failed", but we were hoping it would work out that way!

Fo me it was the 2nd cycle. I stopped 9/27 and was pregnant by 11/21

I've heard you increase your chances of twins if you get preggo within 1st month or 2 after pill.

With DS I had 1 period after coming off bcp (on time) and the next month I was PG and we weren't even really trying
