Diaper Changing
Help - my 26 month old son does NOT like diaper changes. It is a battle each time.
Today it took me 25 minutes to change his poop diaper fighting with him.

My son is only 13 months and we've been dealing with this for a while! He is freakishly strong and fights like you wouldn't believe. I have never seen anything like it! I have an endless array of toys and distractions by the changing table and he doesn't care. Usually just throws it on the floor. I've tried doing it in front of the tv. Nada. I swear I feel like I'm wrestling an alligator! It's awful and I'm hoping he'll grow out of it but doesn't seem to be headed that way anytime soon! And the poop diapers are the worst! I just try to have everything ready to go so I can do it as quickly as possible

Diaper Changing
Have you tried changing him while he is standing up? Or what about if you give him something special to play with like a sticker that he only gets for diaper changes or a sticker when you are done with the change.

Diaper Changing
I def do the diaper changes standing up but when it comes to poop i try to lay him down.
I also try to do in front of tv, give a snack, toy etc
